Death is an inevitable end of man as evident in Ecc. 3: 1 - 2, but we take solace in the fact that our dear Sis. Vicky is resting in the Lord. Her work on Earth speaks volume and there is no doubt she lived a worthy and fulfilled life. Until we meet and part no more, continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord.
